1. Working with the Rank Up Cycle:
In Zinzino, we typically work in 3-month cycles: Preparation Month, Rank Up Month, and Consolidation Month. When all Partners in the team follow the same rhythm, it’s like riding a tidal wave—everything becomes much easier, and everyone’s business grows faster. At the beginning of the cycle, we share our activity and result goals for the Rank Up Month. This way, we can hold each other accountable throughout the cycle.
Preparation Month:
In this month, our goal is to qualify for the ECBx accelerator in the Rank Up Month (usually 6 action points), and to gather all the names for our prospect list to contact and follow up on in the Rank Up Month. If you don’t succeed in qualifying for ECBx on Action Points during the Preparation Month, you should commit to investing in the ECBx Upgrade Kit at the end of the Preparation Month. Remember to clear your calendar for a spectacular Rank Up Month!
Rank Up Month:
In this month, every Basic Credit is counted three times due to the ECBx accelerator! This is when we shift into high gear, contacting and following up with everyone. Every credit counts! Enroll Partners, acquire customers, and help your partners do the same. Reach out to your team and assist them in achieving their goals for the month.
Consolidation Month:
In this month, the task is to relax a bit and enjoy the fruits of your hard labor from the Rank Up Month (your new rank). Also, ensure all new Partners in your team are onboarded into the weekly sprints and team activities. This is a month of gratitude and celebration.
Ideas to Generate More Credits during the Rank Up Month:
- Make a commitment with every new Partner who starts with a Basic Partner Kit to upgrade once they have made the money for it.
- Make it a tradition to buy an Ultimate Kit by yourself or together with another Partner in the Rank Up Month. You can split the products and sell them ‘over the counter’ in the following months.
- If a new Partner signs up with a Basic or Advanced Start Kit, offer to pay the rest up to the Ultimate Start Kit and get lots of products for less money.
Do or Dare:
Every third month in Zinzino is a growth month that we call a ‘Rank Up’ month, and working with these months the right way is like riding a tidal wave. In a growth month, you can qualify for ECBx (200% ECB) instead of the normal 100% ECB. This makes it much easier to reach the next rank. That’s why we call these months ‘Rank Up’ months. Here’s how it goes:
Month #1 (the month before):
In this month, we qualify for the ECBx in the Rank Up Month (the following month). This is usually done by achieving a number of action points (recruiting a number of Premier Customers or Partners) OR buying an ECBx Upgrade Kit. This is an Acceleration Month where you do your best to qualify and get your team qualified.

Show the way in all campaigns. When we have a growth month, fight for every credit. Help those who need it.
