Agenda for the Onboarding Meeting:
- The aim of this meeting is for the new Partner to commit to reaching their goals and to invite 5 to 10 People to the upcoming Product Webinar.
- Note: This guide is not for the new Partner to do by them selve. It is
- for the Upline to guide one or more new partners to get started right.
Att Upline: Please don’t make it seem to easy! This can turn ordinary people into millionaires but in the beginning it’s not easy. There will be rejections from people you love, and this can be very hard. But if you lean into to process, take advantage of the team support and keep working, you will achieve your goals and dreams. And in the end, the people who rejected you will come back.
The Commitment Part (30 min):
- Register the new partner with a start kit and auto order. If they choose a small start kit, commit to upgrading within 6 months (no Start Kit, no Onboarding).
- Write down 10 goals and pick the most urgent. Elicit and discuss the new Partner’s goals and motives to reach those goals using Zinzino as a vehicle.
- Creating a Life Line: Discuss how to get the new Partner back on track when doubt creeps in due to disappointments and dream stealers (should we call you, come to your door, or…). Explain Dream Stealers (list examples of things that can happen)
- Set up Daily Support:Â We’re using WhatsApp for daily communication.
- The Scooter or the Ferrari: Does the Partner want to do it their way or learn and follow the proven System? Choosing the Ferrari means you’ll reach your goals. The Ferrari also means for the Partner to charge and learn and do!
- The Handshake: Ask, “May I help you reach your goals?” Get a consistent YES!
The Activity Part (60 min):
- How to make your first 2500 Euros: Go briefly through the 4 Fast Start bonuses in general terms and explain that they can spend a maximum of 120 days on this task, but suggest doing it in 30 or 60 days with 7-10 hours a week (Q-Team, 2-6 partners, help the 2-6 partners to find 2-6 each, and get to 10 Premier Customers).
- Write down the names of the first 20 People who need to hear about what we offer (both health and wealth): Who do you know that is generally interested in health and lifestyle, using supplements, sportspeople, headaches, migraines, skin conditions, gut issues, high blood pressure, cognitive problems, AND people who are self-employed or want to be, want to travel the world, work remotely, and make lots of money, etc.
- How to Invite People: Explain the Golden Rules (no mix between Inviting and Informing, and don’t send anything in advance PLUS a simple script, see below).
- Action for the first week (now): Invite 10 people to the Product Webinar or individual meeting.
- Action after the first Fast Start (Q-Team): Invite 10-20 Partner Prospects into the Business Pipeline every week for 2-4 months.
Basic Scripts for Inviting:
Note: You can double your respons ratio by calling instead of texting.
Close family: “Hi Mom. If I started a restaurant in your neighborhood, would you come and eat a steak every month to support me and my business?” “Of course, I would, my dear.” “Well, I just started my own online health business, and I have something you’ve got to see. It’s ‘insider knowledge’ that most people don’t know, even though it’s probably the most important factor in our health. I have a colleague doing a webinar on it on [Day] at [Time]. Are you available to watch it?”
Friends and colleagues: “Hi Sara. I’m so excited. I’ve just started my own health business, and I have some ‘insider knowledge’ on health and prevention that you absolutely have to see. Are you available for a webinar with a colleague on [Day] at [Time]? It means a lot to me if you would watch it and share your opinion. Are you available then?”
When asked, “What’s it all about?”: “I’m sorry, but I’m brand new at this, and I don’t want to say something wrong. My colleague knows it all and can answer all of your questions. So, is it ok to save your questions for my colleague?” (Golden Rule #1).
When asked, “Can’t you send me something?”: “I’m sorry, but I don’t have anything that works as a first-hand impression. Give me 30-40 minutes for the webinar. I promise you won’t regret it.” (Golden Rule #2).
When they say Yes to joining the Webinar of the Webinar: “Thank you! It really means a lot to me. I’m going to send you the Zoom link right away, and would it be ok if I called you the day after the Webinar to get your opinion?” (send Zoom link and a kind reminder on the day).
When they are not available at the time: “Ok, but let’s meet up with my colleague, just you and me then. When are you available for a 30-minute meeting on Zoom?”
Have you invited the 10 people? Huge congratulations. You’re a rock star. 🔥
